AcuraLink Offer?

The features offered in AcuraLink span from the basic ones to advanced features that you may have not thought of before!

The AcuraLink Basic package, which is complimentary on every newer Acura vehicle, has features for everyday use! It puts the entire Owner’s Guide at your fingertips, so you can get information about warning lights and maintenance codes with ease. It automatically provides recall notifications for your vehicle the moment they’re announced, and makes it easy to schedule service with your local certified dealer.

It goes beyond all this, providing 24/7 roadside assistance throughout the term of your new vehicle warranty. This includes assistance for towing services, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and more.

There are also some great guidance tools in the basic package. You can use your phone to send a location directly to your vehicle’s navigation system, so it is ready to go when you are! There’s also the handy Last Mile tool, which provides you with walking direction to your final destination even after you’ve gotten out of your Acura. Very useful if you have to park out of sight of your destination!

On top of the Basic package, there are three additional advanced packages that are included in trial form on new Acura models, and can be used for a longer period of time with the proper subscription. These packages include some great features!

Security: Get more peace of mind, including automatic collision notification with a live agent, enhanced roadside assistance, and the ability to wipe navigation data from your app when you need to.

Remote: This package puts convenience at the forefront! Start, stop, lock, and unlock your car from your phone or your Amazon Alexa. Set up geofencing and speed limitations, and get notified on your app if these are triggered – great for use with a new teen driver! Don’t forget where you parked thanks to Find My Car, and if your vehicle is stolen, it will provide the location for authorities to recover it.

Concierge: When you want that personalized, one-on-one service, this package hooks you up with a connected concierge. Hotels reservations, restaurant reservations, airline reservations, sports tickets and more – your concierge will help you get what you need, and send confirmation as well as necessary information and navigation directly to your vehicle!

All new Acura models offer complimentary introductory periods for all of the packages, so you can evaluate them and choose if you want to pay for them or not.

How Do I Get AcuraLink?

As long as you’ve bought a vehicle with AcuraLink technology installed, all you have to do is download the app from the Apple or Android app stores. You’ll have the Basic package complimentary, and can upgrade to the other three packages if you so decide. You’ll then need to connect your car or SUV and your smartphone, which is easy – the app will walk you through it, and you can watch a video on it ahead of time.
