    • Very flexible in being able to schedule the appointment the next morning (I was concerned about my car's battery) and after the testing was conducted, there was no charge for that service. I love Rahal Acura service. I recommended their vehicles to my mom (who bought one and is going to buy one of the new models to replace her current MDX) and rave about them to all my friends.

    • The service manager had no record of my appointment despite the fact that I had received 2 confirmation emails. The part wasn't in either. But the error was handled well. I was offered a loaner for as long as it took to fix, and my car was delivered to my door upon completion.

    • I'm always impressed when I call the service department and my needs are addressed immediately. My car wouldn't start and after speaking with Vu Nguyen, he sent Garth to my house within an hour and a half to take my car back for service and deliver a loaner car. Travis Large is also very helpful and takes the time to explain all the details of the service. You have an exceptional service team at Rahal Acura and that's why I love being a customer.     • I dropped off my car without a service appointment. I expected to wait a full day to learn what was wrong. Instead, a technician was able to start troubleshooting it almost immediately. I received a call 90 minutes later that not only was the issue diagnosed, but it was resolved. I was very pleased.

    • Top notch service!  A big thank you to Travis Large and the service manager for going above and beyond. Since buying my TL, I have always said I would never buy anything other than an Acura again, and I will never buy from anyone but Bobby Rahal again. My service visit just reconfirmed my statement. I just wished I could have worked a deal with Herb to upgrade to an MDX yesterday. But, I will be back in the future for service and/or that MDX!  :)

    • The complementary post-service car wash for my TSX wasn't as compelte as in the past when I brought my other vehicles in for service. For example, there were bugs marks still on the windsheild and, although the tires were shined, the wheel covers were still dirty like no one bothered to wash them. A liitle better attention to the wash was required.

They provide maximum information on service needs, including alternate mileage points for recommended service. Your personnel are courteous and conscientious in carrying forth their duties. My Rahal experience is THE BEST interaction I've ever had with the motor car industry (age 75, 12 vehicles).

    • Every scheduled service takes longer than quoted. If a service takes 1 hour to perform, don't quote an hour if there is 15 minutes before the vehicle goes back and 15 minutes until it returns. Fortunately I brought my iPad to the service to kill some time, but if you say an hour, make it an hour, not 1. 5 hours. Other than that a great service appointment!

    • Chris always takes care of any problems that I have with my RL. I brought it in 2 weeks ago with power steering noise. It was fixed but not correctly (the power steering tank had a crack that was missed so the problem recurred. I brought it back and they had to replace the power steering tank. I was originally informed that this would not be covered under my warranty but after talking with Chris he did the repair without cost to me. I appreciate his helpfulness and customer service. I choose Acura because of its quality and I am now coming to appreciate Acura's customer service. Thank you.

    • Vu Nguyen went out of his way to ensure that I did not have costly maintenance conducted on my vehicle without being certain that it was required. This even entailed taking a test drive with me in my vehicle so that he would understand the issues that I was having. Vu has always been very helpful and is one of the main reasons why I continue to have all my maintenance conducted at the dealer.

    • I continue to feel that the post-service car cleaning could be improved. I removed everything from my car prior to the service appointment in order to simplify vacuuming, but there were still visible crumbs and dust on the center console when I picked it up. Of course I can do this myself, but I wonder why your service crew doesn't do it while they have the vac in hand?? The other aspect, of more concern to us, is that the exterior paint has black streaks about 2mm in width and varying from 2 cm to 5 cm in length all around the car at various points. The marks do not rub off with a soft cloth and I am wondering what they are! I wish someone at the service shop had fixed them before I picked up the car (picked up after closing so I couldn't ask them at the point of service) and now have to take it back to get the problem solved. I like to end on a positive note?the car floor mats look great ? they were badly soiled with the nasty winter we've had, and the service crew did a good job there. Brakes seem to work fine, and price was quoted accurately in advance. Thanks for asking for feedback;I hope it helps

    • Herb Haft was very pleasant to work with and explained the features of the car very thoroughly before and after the sale. Finance approval through Acura was almost instantaneous and that was at 8:00PM at night!  This very fast approval was reassuring that we would be able to purchase the vehicle before leaving the dealership that night. It was a great experience that left me with a very positive perception of Bobby Rahal Acura. We have previously purchased and leased vehicles at the adjacent Bobby Rahal Honda dealership and both dealerships have been excellent. We will definitely be a maintenance customer and future sales customers.

    • Typically my car buying experience has been in a word 'unpleasant' but thanks to my Acura car team - Mark and Phil this car buying experience was the best I've ever had. This is my 5th new car I've purchased and by far my experience with Bobby Rahal Acura was #1. The process flowed smoothly and every step was covered in detail - The Rahal team was professional and friendly - good winning combination. Zach's handling of my finance paperwork was seamless. He explained the finance process in detail completed and handled all the paperwork and answered my questions with great clarity. Phil took great care to explain the features in my new TL ?  he is very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining the details of the car. Phil also clearly answered questions concerning snow tires I plan to purchase. Mark, Phil and Zach are a wonderful sales team and I will return to Bobby Rahal Acura the next time I purchase a car.     • Hello Team Rahal, As you know I live in State College and my travel to your agency is about 2 hours, one way. But I continue to be impressed with the quality of the service and the cordial nature of all your Team employees. Our MDX is an excellent auto and your attention to its needs is outstanding. Yesterday was a 30,000 mile service. This was expensive but all aspects of the service work were explained when I made the appointment, when I arrived, and after the work was completed. In particular I was concerned that our MDX might be in need of new tires. However, measurements were taken and I was informed that there is adequate tread for at least another 5000 miles and sufficient grip for anticipated winter travel. No doubt we'll again reconsider new tires next spring. My continued thanks to one and all in making these trips to Rahal a gratifying experience and one of the finer aspects of owning an Acura.
